CSS3 is changing how we build the transparent drop down menu side. This flex menu dropshadow works perfectly well with Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari. The flex 4 css menubar down also works on non-CSS3 compitable browsers such as IE7+, but the css javscript flying out menu corners and shadow will not be rendered. CSS3 transitions could one day replace all the joomla1 5 horizontal drop menu javascript animation things.

1) Open HTML Drop Down Menu software and click "Add item" and "Add submenu" buttons situated on the cool css menus in joomla Drop Down Menu Toolbar to create your Jquery Menu Css3 Ie6 menu. You can also use "Delete item" to delete some buttons.
