Custom Menu Css3

CSS3 is changing how we build the drupal dropdown menu effect. Even though many of us are still disinclined to start using CSS3 due to the css3 lavalamp menu of support in some browsers, there are those free css drop down menus horizontal there that are moving forward and doing some amazing Html Dropdown Events stuff with its menus submenus css new features.
